Print Story Trying a new position to relieve the boredom!
Just moved to a new role at my workplace - no more cash yet, but no more support and no more boring legacy crap.

Going to be working with some semi-interesting and potentially quite lucrative technologies (in the vein of Tivoli/openview but not you know the sort of thing - enterprise-wide corporate heroin). Actually using my masters degree too LOL WTF? This is almost unheard of.

Of course, something like this is far too good to be true and so there has to be a downside right? For me that meant gritting my teeth, clenching my sphincter and firing up something called "Visual Studio" on an operating system called "Windows" - I'm fucked, aren't I?

[t]rolling retards conversation, period.
Not sure I understand the question. by dmg (4.00 / 1) #2 Wed Apr 05, 2006 at 03:02:57 PM EST
I have plenty of metaphorical 'dirty laundry' (especially this last month or two lol!) but I'm not sure if that's what you mean...
