So the Sens schooled the Rangers again tonight, clinching 1st place in the East. Both teams had flashes of greatness this year but were slumping badly going into this game. I'm glad to see the Sens getting their shit together.

I've been cheering for the Sens since their first season, so optimism of any kind terrifies me.

But they've had a good handle on the (wildly inconsistant) Lightning this year, hopefully they can coast thru that series and can get their groove back.


Does anyone know a decent place to do ad-hoc NHL stat queries, i.e. SELECT final_scores WHERE teams="Ott,NYR" ?

Failing that, does anyone know where I can download .txt or .csv raw NHL stats?


re: the poll, I've barely seen any western teams this year thanks to the new schedule, I have no idea who will come out on top.
