Superb

Ashley Walters has been a revelation and definitely someone we will see more of. Good story too, showing how something so trivial can turn into an all-out war. Addresses the issues in Britain today and hopefully highlights the problems of gun-crime.

Not bad, not bad............

This is a gritty, down to earth portrayal of living in the inner city. It shows the tat for tat, trivial reasons why people can lose their lives and how innocent people can get hurt. My favourite character is Curtis (the younger brother), who had never acted before and used more improvisation than anything else. He really pulled it off. So yeah, a good film (almost like a documentary), with a biting reality and the message is loud and clear - put down the guns and don't hang out with anyone that has one.

Thought provoking masterpiece

Excellent-Moving film. Sitting here crying, this shows you what goes on in young boys lives-Its not just a black-white thing, its Life on the street and boy is it hard, Please watch this film if u ever judge a mugger or a "gangsta". Thought i knew all the answers! Watching this as a mother makes u realise that all kids do have someone they love and respect. I am a typical White woman with 3 kids and this film made me think big time.

GENIUS

The film bridges the gap between the London rude boys and me, the middle class white boy. This is a true masterpiece of film making, which brings to life the entire world that these criminals lives in, with an interesting angle set from the protagonists family and the subtle shifts in mood, the film produces emotions that are entirely unexpected, or that the characters themselves are too 'hard' to show themselves. Truly a masterpiece, and BUUURNS boyz in the hood as it doesnt throw what to feel as blatantly in your face. This is a film even my parents like, and they like Moulin Rouge and The Railway Children.

Bullet Boy

This is one of the best films I have watched in a long time. It is well acted shot and directed. It tells a story of hurt anger loyalty and love in a UK city. This film hits back at stereotypical criminal youths and show you inside their heads and inside their familys. It also shows young people like this the possible effects on their family. The film shows parents teens and younger siblings view on the situation. All in all I think everyone will enjoy this films hard-hitting storyline...
