  1. on July 18, I weighed 218 pounds.
  2. On August 28, I weighed 200 pounds (6 weeks, 3lb/wk)
  3. On October 30, I weigh 183 pounds (9 weeks, 1.88 lb/wk)
The rate is definitely slowing, but that was expected. Still, i'm almost not overweight by BMI any more, and i've dropped from barely fitting into a 38 to fitting comfortably in a 34. :)

bad timing, that purchase.

:)

how have you been? it's been an age since i've seen you here .... i hope life is good.

both jared and i are regularly nude at home.

but it's kinda annoying when they're falling off when i'm walking down the street. not to mention uncomfortable. and possibly illegal.

you could trace where i went when i got home by the trail of shed clothing. "honey, where are your pants?" "they're by the door."

But you can have this instead. It's about eight years old.
