Next weekend I'm off to Iceland, to the Iceland Airwaves festival. I don't think I've heard of any of the bands. Do I really want to follow the herd and eat the hotdogs? For the rest of the year, I think I might have time for a quick trip to Germany, and for work, the Netherlands. Next year's snowboarding is now confirmed, with possibility of combination with a work meeting in .ch.

I have a concept for the WFC. I have characters. I have a view snapshots of how I want it to go. However, I want to blend them together smoothly but at the moment, it is a bit like leaping off cliffs with each step.

I am going to ask my boss to remove one of my performance objectives as all the work on it has been done by othe people and I refuse to take credit for the work of others like that. I expect an interesting conversation.
