Watched Sideways last weekend. It was watchable for me. Better than TV without the sound anyway. But I wouldn't call it "good". Or even particularly interesting. I liked when whats her face beat the hell out of the guy with her purse.

Sucks, as does dish network.

Fullmetal Alchemist
errr sorry to say but this is an entirely overrated series so far, having yet to watch the 7th and final disc. Not bad or anything, but probably not in my top 10 or even 20.

His Dark Materials
As far as fantasy series aimed at teens/escapists, it was pretty good. Had a little scifi mixed in as well. Can't see how a movie version would be that great but the books were pretty good.

A Feast for Crows
I waited 2 years for that, and now I gotta wait two more years for A Dance with Dragons? What a freaking gyp.

Ringworld
Readable, good book for a flight or something. Typical scifi in some ways. Maybe if I reread it, I'll get more out of it. Not that I disliked it....I just got to the end and wondered what all the fuss was about.

Everything else pretty much sucks I guess.  Reviews are coming up and I can't imagine getting a good one as I've done nothing but flip switches, press buttons, and stamp paperwork for the past year. My life is a joke. I still suck too bad at Go to want to play games against other internet people. I just don't know what the hell I'm doing. Well scratch that I know what I'm doing...guessing.

Sometimes I wish I had something that made life like...I don't know. Something other than waiting to die basically, which is pretty much what I'm doing now. Maybe I should really consider some kinda prescription medication.
