Yummy Pataks Jalfrezi the perfect accompanyment to what ever you have lying about in the cupboards/freezer. Me = such a lazy arse when comes to cooking when I'm on my own.
However 1 complaint Jalfrezi to my mind should be a pretty hot dish (though much of the heat coming from whole pick-out-able green chillies). I would put it somewhere slightly above Madras but significantly below Vindaloo in strength. However this Jarred stuff is as mild as mild green fairy liquid.
That said it does vary a shed load in spicyness between different curry emporia. If you any strong feelings or have the definitive answer to how hot a Jalfrezi should be, please include your workings in a comment containing the answer.
a cliche of a film from start to finish. Piss poor acting, relatively mediocre special effects, terrible dialog and plot.... Loved it 8/10
