Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure - Channel 4 Video

very watchable

A friend made me sit down and watch this DVD
at first i was thinking hmm what the heck?
but i loved it
it was so funny to watch and granted i wasn't laughing on the floor pissing myself constantly
it was a pretty hilarious dvd!
it's something you could put on at a family gathering if they're all boring gits and just need some livening up
also i can bet that 9 out of 10 times people who watch it will search for a googlewhack, haha!

it's actually quiet hard to do
yet so addictive

Doesn't get better than this

I've seen a lot of standups and this is one of the best. Gorman is a brilliant and charismatic performer, and the writing of the show is fantastic. This got five out of five stars on the Chortle website, one of only two shows to do that in the year it was released. It gets five stars from me too.

Def holds yer attention

Saw the reviews and felt obliged to get the DVD.
Why not?
The guy is smart and the reviews looked awesome
Although I am not disappointed, I felt the DVD was not as funny as I anticipated.
That's not to say it wasn't entertaining. It is VERY VERY entertaining!
There's a few laugh out loud moments, but not that many.
All in all it's a great story told by a great story teller.
So buy it for entertainment purposes, just don't expect to be rolling around the floor clutching your sides.

Great show!

I read the book first then watched the DVD but I recommend doing it the other way about as the book goes into much more depth and has even funnier titbits littered throughout...

However, if you're not a bookworm, watch this DVD, its witty, fresh and energetic!

Before I saw "Dave Gorman's Googlewhack Adventure" I'd never heard of him or a Googlewhack. "Googlewhacking" is a pretty pointless game that people play using the Google search engine. I watched this DVD three times in two days and ended up spending three days of my life "Googlewhacking". I didn't succeed in finding a googlewhack and that's where my story ends. Dave Gorman's story however goes much further than mine.....91,000 miles further in fact.

Dave Gorman is a brilliant story teller/comedian who tells us his amazing story about his googlewhack adventure, which will make you both laugh and cry.

Everyone should see this DVD. A must have.
