let see if I remember how this goes oh yes....

It's thursday the 5th of february and here is the latest news and Work, Drinks, and what ever.

Tiebreak A Mars a day helps you ... What

Work

Very much in manic mad rush work stupid hours get everything completed mode.... Pity I didn't get into this mode a few weeks ago. A much more difficult state to maintain once kids are added into the equation.

Drinks

Though I didn't make it into the office today (late finish, early start), I should be heading into the smoke to meet up with a few work mates and an ex work mate (who went off to become a mormon missionary in Hiati for 18 months). Should be a laugh.

House

Way to Tie those walls builder blokes. Apparently we have extra special industrial strength wall ties now! Not sure why I switched off!

I've yet to see by TPD (6.00 / 1) #4 Wed Feb 04, 2004 at 09:29:55 PM EST
the episode where she brings a busty newsreader back in time from the 21st century for a 3 way with her and Darren.

But I've heard it's a good one.

A Mars a day helps you build up energy for the coming Time of Purification.

In a sense by Cloaked User (3.00 / 0) #14 Thu Feb 05, 2004 at 12:13:36 AM EST
But not the sense you mean - my PEG1 is back late on the 26th, so we'll be Talking prior to her going to the housing department on the 27th.

1 PEG now upgraded to "Probably Ex-Gf"

So does that make you more or less likely to grace us with your presence?

Less, I'd imagine by Cloaked User (6.00 / 1) #16 Thu Feb 05, 2004 at 12:24:28 AM EST
It'll be the first day that I've been able to spend with my daughter since they left on the 6th of Jan; I can't imagine that disappearing off to go drinking would go down too well with anyone, least of all my daughter :-)

Ah yes - I'd forgotten about the sproglette by gazbo (5.50 / 2) #17 Thu Feb 05, 2004 at 12:30:26 AM EST
You could always invite her along - just give her drinks suitable for children, like Drambuie or Campari.

He doesn't have to stay out long. Hell I normally go staggering for a train well before closing time. But then I probably should skip the 4 pints at lunchtime and 4 pints "warmup".
