Even putting aside the fact that if it was real they probably wouldn't put their names to it, it is clearly fake. It is obvious he's not directly in line with the oncoming car. Further investigation showed that there's a transparent step in the middle of the road that he steps on. Watch for when his shadow crosses it and you'll see it best, but once you know its there it stands out like a sore thumb.
Given that the first is fake, the second stunt is probably also staged. (How ironic if not.) In this one, it looks more like he's in line with the car and frame by frame didn't reveal much besides a blur. Then I happened to notice the parked car closest to the camera on the left. Watch for the man's reflection in the window. It disappears just before the car hits, suggesting the man standing there is just a video insert at that point.
