so i'll type Update [2007-11-15 10:48:25 by StackyMcRacky]: bossman is not answering my calls. He is either not in the office, or not wanting to deal with me (he /always/ answers his phone, even in meetings). I left a message...but I am still going in tomorrow to clean out my desk. If he doesn't call me back, then I will just leave a note on his desk. no more dumb emotions, I'm done with it all.

I have this problem where I can't get back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night.  It's the main reason I'm so damn tired all the time.

The dude has happily been sleeping in the bassinet for 3 nights now.  I'll admit it - I miss him being in the bed.  I loved waking up and looking at him.  I also loved snuggling him all the time.  He's getting so big, so fast I feel like I only have a limited time where I can snuggle him without resistance.  On a good note, moving him out of the bed has been far less painful than we thought it would be.

Later this morning I will call my boss and resign.  Part of me dreads that he'll give me crap for it, but a bigger part of me dreads he won't say a word.

clock set up our new improved intarweb access system this evening.  We can now print, access our iTunes library, back up our laptops, and play music all wirelessly.  Woo hoo!

We have so many LEDs lit up in this house, we practically don't need lamps any longer.

The lovely folks at Comcast decided to up our internet bill by freaking $10/mo!!  Fuckers.  I called customer service to complain, but the dude in India didn't give a rat's ass.  I will call again, and see if I can get somebody who knows English and can speak outside of a script.  $62/mo is highway robbery.  I wish we could get DSL.

COMING SOON: Babylon 5 discussion diary!  I finished the series on Monday! (excluding movies)

I hit the farmer's market again this week.  Good lord the fruits and veggies there are cheap as hell.  Last week my Timbuk 2 large cargo tote was totally full, and my cost was only $9.  This week it was almost as full and cost me $6 (it seems green beans are more expensive than other items).  The trick now is to cook more vegeterian style foods.  I need to do some reading on that type of cooking.

clock's mother is coming to town for a few weeks.  She couldn't stay away from the dude any longer.  I knew there was no way she'd last until January!  I have a few projects in mind while she's here, so it will be a productive time for me.

The dude makes funny noises in his sleep.  Lots of squeaks and little cries.  He's so cute.

The dog must be feeling sick again as she didn't eat dinner.  I hate it when she skips meals - her stomach growls loudly all night long.  Quite annoying.  I like to think that one day she'll quit grazing on crap outside, but I know that won't happen.  It would be nice if she ate something and got sick immediately - a little cause and effect would help.

I hear rustling of the froggy-leg diaper kind coming from the other room.  I should go check it out.
