Perhaps so. I did manage to break my boss's husband via the power of ketamine though. But he is a Linux developer, so it's ok. Although it might not be if she sees this, as she sits next to me.

Welcome back, I've scored some excellent drugs by georgeha (2.00 / 0) #7 Tue Sep 11, 2007 at 08:49:37 AM EST
sulfasalazine, it turned me from an exhausted limping arthritic cripple into a normal feeling 41 year old, highly recommended.

Other than that, about the same.

Excellent! by spiralx (2.00 / 0) #9 Tue Sep 11, 2007 at 08:50:40 AM EST
That's great news. This year I've been discovering prescription drugs, xanax is fun, if a little dangerous when combined with ketamine and main roads.

Had a nice holiday in Bulgaria with a whole load of mates as a couple of our friends were getting married. Very nice over there, cheap, friendly and the women... nice. Very.

And had my ex-ex-gf phoning me up and telling me she still loves me, despite her current boyfriend. And then not remembering it in the morning. Apparently. Still enough to break my brain all through festival season.

Weather is good (there is some other than rain), much less stressful in return for an increase in silly rules, easy access to mountains so I can maybe become a less shit snowboarder.

Needed to get out of Ireland as it and people were doing my head in. Husband's employers obliged by providing a paid move so I tapped my local contacts and got me a job here too.

I was not expecting that nick to have a diary in it on my hotlist. In fact it's so long ago that I don't remember if I even commented in your diaries enough for you to know who I am.

That said, I am giving you a life summary as well: move to SFia, USia; live a bit; break up with my SO as well.

Welcome back to the husi! Although BMJ sounds like a job that at least has the benefit that people can think "wow, he works for them?" rather than being like "what company was that?". Makes it easier at dinner conversations with strangers. :)

And yes, it's nice to work for someone that has a good reputation and all that. And nicer to work somewhere you're appreciated for putting in hard work.

They created me a position from contractor to real person. I created a position for toxicfur, stole an admin, and created another position for another writer. I got a new title to reflect my new manager status, and took over the big corner office to turn it into the greater grant-writing co-prosperity sphere. toxicfur promises to kick me in the shins if I turn into a pointy-haired boss, and her desk is close enough to pull it off.

Little K is in Spanish Immersion first grade, and MJ started his second year of preschool. My husband had a jazz gig last night, and the band has a gig on Saturday.
