One or two individual weighings are always going to be plus or minus a couple pounds because of "undigestible mass" moving through your system and hydration differences.
Also, there is generally a weight where your body starts sending "oh shit! My fat reserves are almost gone!" signals. (A weight that is essentially your ideal weight.) If your weight is in the range that is considered healthy, you may be there. How far are you from where you intend to be?
