Saw W&G in Aus by Phage (4.00 / 1) #1 Tue Dec 06, 2005 at 01:54:51 AM EST
With the entire clan whose ages went from 4 to 40-odd and we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
Agreed the BV6000 and the plane were brilliant but I loved all the little details as well, such as the Smug fridge and middle-aged spread on the breakfast table in the kitchen scenes.
"Gromit ! I'm going to need assistance again !"

I'd almost forgotten the Smug fridge. Class.

And it was evil.

Oh well, I enjoyed it.

I was a little surprised at the innuendo, actually by ambrosen (2.00 / 0) #7 Tue Dec 06, 2005 at 05:49:57 AM EST
But it would go over the heads of anyone who didn't want to hear it. My parents missed it, for example.

has an instinct for filth - even when none is there. I worry about him.

How often do you worry about him? by ambrosen (2.00 / 0) #9 Tue Dec 06, 2005 at 06:04:01 AM EST
If it's too much, I may need to worry about you.

Also, has SD entered the MFC yet?

I think SD needs a little more practise by Herring (2.00 / 0) #11 Tue Dec 06, 2005 at 06:45:18 AM EST
I have an evil idea myself though.

The fart jokes have nothing to do with Hollywood's fetish for bodily functions.

It's all about the British fetish for bodily functions.  Can't beat a good fart joke, Gromit.

one of the things i found most amusing was when he ended up naked in the cheese tent, except for the cardboard box around his waist that read "may contain nuts".

    I'd completely that this diary was about W & G by ambrosen (2.00 / 0) #16 Wed Dec 07, 2005 at 02:10:51 AM EST
    when I read that comment.

It seemed a little out of character.
