Although, unfortunately, I didn't come up with it myself.  Check this out.  I too used to be proud of my knowledge with technology and enjoy solving problems.  Now though, I just enjoy getting my paycheck and to hell with solving problems for people that don't want their problems solved.

Yesterday, we started having problems with our SAN.  About a month ago, our sole SAN administrator put in his resignation because his manager treated him like shit, and he quietly left the company after his two week notice.  His position is still unfilled, and we are still having problems with production machines connected to that SAN.
