use Audio Hijack. Surprisingly versatile. I think there are Windows equivalents but I don't know what they are.

I'd normally just capture with audacity, but I haven't migrated my soundcard to my new box yet. The on board stuff doesn't have wave out capture. :/

Yes, I thought it had a bit of Little Fluffy Cloud sound to it. When I look for samples I usually just enter the search term into youtube (I think I used "MDMA") and just click on through until something jumps out. Youtube is a sample goldmine.
