Nobody in the rest of the world cares what France thinks ... about pretty much anything, come to think of it.
I've had garlic-y lamb dishes cooked by awesome French chefs and mint-y dishes cooked the traditional British way. They're both terrific. Case closed.
We roast it better than the Greeks, but they do it better barbecued, obviously. Except half the time they use the fattiest pork instead, for no apparent reason.[ Parent ]
